What we do
Campus Carats LLC operates limited-time jewelry fundraisers ("drops") for sorority chapters. Chapters use our existing licensed Greek-letter pendant designs, with the exact design shown on the dedicated drop page before purchase. New drops default to $15 per paid pendant for 1–49 paid pendants, $18 for 50–99, and $20 for 100 or more. Campus Carats may approve a different increasing per-drop payout ladder before the drop launches; the active ladder is shown on that drop's page and chapter dashboard. The earned rate applies from the first paid pendant, and Campus Carats pays the chapter within 10 business days after the drop closes.
Out-Earn Guarantee. For completed drops of 30 or more paid pendants: if the chapter's payout does not exceed the documented net proceeds of the chapter's most recent fundraiser, Campus Carats donates $500 to the chapter's operating fund. The 30-pendant threshold applies only to this guarantee. Every paid pendant ships and earns at any quantity.
Buying a pendant
Pendants are $79 each, plus applicable sales tax. Checkout accepts card payment through Stripe. Stripe collects the card and billing details; Campus Carats does not store card numbers. Each drop runs for the limited window shown on its page.
Sending a supporter gift
You may send a supporter gift of $5 to $500 through the same chapter page without buying a pendant. Checkout shows the gift amount, the separate card-processing amount, and the total charge before you pay. Campus Carats credits the full stated gift to the chapter. A gift does not include merchandise or count toward pendant payout tiers. Supporter gifts are not tax-deductible.
If you enter the wrong gift amount or submit a duplicate gift, contact us before the drop closes. An approved refund returns the full charged total, including the card-processing amount, to the original payment method.
Guaranteed fulfillment
Every paid order is fulfilled. Drops are never canceled for order volume, and no minimum order count is required for pendants to ship. The final order count affects only the chapter's payout tier, never whether buyers receive their pendants. Pendants ship from stocked U.S. inventory within 7–10 business days of the drop closing and group-ship to the chapter, typically arriving 2–3 weeks after close. The chapter is responsible for distributing every order to its buyer, including orders placed by parents and alumnae. Orders are not shipped individually to buyers by Campus Carats.
Refunds & replacements
All sales are final once a drop closes. Campus Carats replaces pendants that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the listed design at no charge when you report the problem within 30 days of delivery. We can issue a full Stripe refund for buyer errors, including a duplicate order or wrong quantity, when you request it before the drop closes. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
Eligibility & service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any chapter or individual, and to cancel and fully refund any order or drop at our discretion.
Trademarks
Campus Carats LLC is an independent company and holds licenses for Alpha Delta Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, Sigma Delta Tau, Delta Delta Delta, Zeta Tau Alpha, and Kappa Delta. Licensing permits use of covered marks under the applicable license; it does not mean a national organization sponsors or endorses Campus Carats. Each drop must also meet the applicable design-approval and chapter launch requirements before sales open.
Intellectual property
Site content, design, and copy are owned by Campus Carats LLC.
Disclaimer & liability
We provide this site "as is," without warranty. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid to us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and any disputes are resolved in Kansas courts.
