What we do

Campus Carats LLC operates pendant earnings programs ("drops") for sorority chapters: a custom pendant designed around a chapter's own letters and colors, sold through a dedicated drop page for a limited window. Chapters who run a drop receive a payment per paid pendant, based on the order-count tier: $15 per order (1–49 orders), $18 (50–99), and $20 (100+) — full rate from the very first order, paid within 10 business days of the drop closing.

Out-Earn Guarantee. For completed drops of 30 or more paid orders: if the chapter's payout does not exceed the documented net proceeds of the chapter's most recent fundraiser, Campus Carats donates $500 to the chapter's operating fund. This threshold applies only to this guarantee — every paid order ships and earns at any order count.

Buying a pendant

Pendants are $79 each, plus any applicable sales tax, paid online at checkout. At checkout you can pay in full or split the price into 4 interest-free payments via Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm — the price is the same either way. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Each drop runs for a limited window shown on its page.

Guaranteed fulfillment

Every paid order is fulfilled. Drops are never canceled for order volume, and no minimum order count is required for pendants to ship. The final order count affects only the chapter's payout tier, never whether buyers receive their pendants. Pendants ship from stocked U.S. inventory within 7–10 business days of the drop closing and group-ship to the chapter, typically arriving 2–3 weeks after close.

Refunds & replacements

Because each pendant is a custom Greek-letter item, all sales are final once a drop closes — except that pendants arriving damaged, defective, or materially different from the listed design are replaced free of charge when reported within 30 days of delivery. Buyer-error refunds (duplicate order, wrong quantity) are handled through standard Stripe refunds if requested before the drop closes. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Eligibility & service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any chapter or individual, and to cancel and fully refund any order or drop at our discretion.

Trademarks

Campus Carats LLC is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any national sorority or fraternal organization. Pendants are custom-made around each chapter's own colors and lettering; a licensing application with the relevant Greek licensing authorities is in progress.

Intellectual property

Site content, design, and copy are owned by Campus Carats LLC.

Disclaimer & liability

We provide this site "as is," without warranty. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid to us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, and any disputes are resolved in Kansas courts.
