How your chapter’s fundraiser works.

Your chapter shares the sale and hands out the orders. We handle the website, payments, packing, and shipping.

  1. Review your design.

    We email your free preview within 24 hours. Want to go ahead? Confirm your design, sale dates, and delivery address. An optional launch call helps you make a plan.

  2. Share your order link.

    Send the link to members, family, and alumnae. Your dashboard has messages you can copy and send. The sale runs for 10 days. Buyers pay online, so you don’t collect money.

  3. Hand out orders. Get paid.

    We pack and ship every paid order to your chapter. You hand out the necklaces, including orders for parents and alumnae. We send the earnings to your chapter’s operating fund.

Your chapter earns $15, $18, or $20 for each necklace sold. No setup, shipping, or platform fees are deducted.

Confirm the design, dates, and delivery address. Share your order link using the messages in your dashboard. When the shipment arrives, get each order to its buyer. You don’t buy inventory or collect payments.
No. Every paid order ships, even if your chapter sells only a few necklaces. Your chapter earns money from the first paid necklace.
Members, family, friends, and alumnae can use the same order link. All orders go to your chapter, so arrange pickup or onward delivery before sharing the link with people who live elsewhere.
We’re licensed for Alpha Delta Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Gamma, Kappa Delta, Sigma Delta Tau, and Zeta Tau Alpha. We help confirm the design and any chapter or university approvals needed before your sale opens.
All necklaces ship together to your chapter, not to individual buyers. Your chapter handles every order, including parents and alumnae. We ship within 7–10 business days after the sale ends. Orders usually arrive 2–3 weeks after the sale ends.
Within 10 business days after the sale ends. Your final paid-necklace count sets the rate for every sale: $15 each at 1–49, $18 at 50–99, and $20 at 100 or more. Your dashboard shows orders and earnings.
No. You can request a free preview without booking a call. We recommend a 15-minute launch call to plan how you’ll share the sale with your chapter.
Shipping and replacements

Every paid order ships. A low order count does not cancel your sale. At 100 paid necklaces, your chapter also receives a mounted display pendant for the house. We replace damaged, defective, or incorrect necklaces at no cost when reported within 30 days of delivery. See our returns policy for details.

Your sale opens only after licensing, design approvals, insurance, stock, and shipping capacity are confirmed.
