  2. Share your 10-day sale.

    Use the link, graphic, and ready-made message in your dashboard. Buyers order and pay online. Share at launch; midpoint and last-call reminders are optional.

  3. Distribute. Get paid.

    We ship the necklaces to your chapter. You distribute every order, including parents' and alumnae orders. We send the earnings to your chapter's operating fund.

No. Every paid order ships. After close, we apply $15 per pendant at 1–49 paid pendants, $18 at 50–99, and $20 at 100+.
Campus Carats is currently licensed for Alpha Delta Pi, Chi Omega, Delta Gamma, Sigma Delta Tau, Delta Delta Delta, Zeta Tau Alpha, and Kappa Delta. We confirm each pendant design and any chapter or university approvals before your drop opens. James walks you through what your chapter needs.
Everyone can order through the same link. All necklaces ship together to the chapter—not to individual buyers. Your chapter is responsible for getting every order to its buyer, including parents and alumnae. Plan pickup or onward delivery before sharing outside the chapter. We group-ship within 7–10 business days after the sale closes, with arrival typically 2–3 weeks after close.
Campus Carats pays your chapter within 10 business days after the sale closes. The final paid-pendant count sets the rate for every paid pendant: $15 at 1–49, $18 at 50–99, and $20 at 100+. Your dashboard shows sales and payout status.
Every-Order-Ships & Out-Earn Guarantee details

Campus Carats fulfills every paid order regardless of the final paid-pendant count. Drops are never canceled for volume. Chapter payout per paid pendant: $15 (1–49 paid pendants), $18 (50–99), $20 (100+), plus a mounted display pendant for the house at 100 paid pendants. If a completed drop of 30 or more paid pendants does not produce a chapter payout exceeding the documented net proceeds of the chapter's most recent fundraiser, Campus Carats adds $500 to the chapter's operating fund. The 30-paid-pendant threshold applies only to this guarantee. Every paid order ships and every paid pendant earns at any count. Campus Carats replaces damaged, defective, or incorrect pendants at no cost within 30 days of delivery. A drop stays closed until its required rights, licensing, coverage, inventory, and fulfillment evidence is approved. The chapter pays no fees.
