Privacy Policy

Campus Carats LLC ("we," "us") collects two kinds of information. If you apply for a drop: your name, email, chapter name, school, and organization type from the application form. If you buy a pendant: your name and email at checkout, plus your order details. We use this information solely to run your chapter's pendant drop — processing orders, issuing refunds, and shipping — and to follow up about Campus Carats services.

What we do with it

We do not sell your data. Buyer information is never shown publicly — a chapter's private dashboard shows only a first name and last initial (never an email) in its order feed. We use a small number of service providers to run the business, each with its own privacy policy: Stripe (payment processing — card details go only to Stripe, never to us), Supabase (secure order database), Netlify (website hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Formspree (application form processing).

Retention & deletion

We retain submission data for up to 24 months. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing james@campuscarats.com.

Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies only. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels at this time. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
